Description PHC Blackout 1.01 is a simple but clever game in which turning on one light changes the state of the surrounding lights.
If they are off at first, they are turned on, and vice versa. The aim of the game is to turn off all the lights.
Unlike other "Lights Out" knockoffs, PHC Blackout has several different modes
of play and randomly creates the puzzles for
